Question 1

Do I still have to line up at the outlet?

Accepted Answer

No — that's the point. Take your number in the app, wander around, and come back to the booth only when LINEY tells you your turn is near.

Question 2

Why do I have to choose a booth?

Accepted Answer

Each outlet runs several photo booths (e.g. Newspaper, Classic Strip), and each has its own separate queue. Choosing a booth puts you in the right line and shows its live total.

Question 3

How do I know when it's my turn?

Accepted Answer

LINEY sends you an in-app alert when you're next and again when your number is being called. Keep the app open for the fastest updates.

Question 4

What does 'in queue' mean on a booth?

Accepted Answer

It's the total number of people currently waiting for that specific booth — the live queue length before you.

Question 5

Can I hold numbers at two booths at once?

Accepted Answer

Not right now. You can hold one active number at a time. Finish or cancel it before taking another.

Question 6

What if I miss my turn?

Accepted Answer

If your number is called and you're not at the booth, it may be skipped after a short wait. Just take a new number if that happens.

Question 7

Is LINEY free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. LINEY is free to use. You only pay for the photo booth session itself at the outlet.
